When you book an appointment through a FireLead-powered business, you may receive the following types of text messages:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Reschedule and cancellation notifications
- Responses to questions you send via text
All messages are transactional and directly related to services you have requested. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages or spam.
How You Opt In
You opt in to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox on the FireLead chat widget welcome screen before starting a conversation. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you do not check the box, you will not receive automated SMS updates, even if you provide a phone number during booking.

How to Opt Out
